Jump Squats / Step Ups

Squat down with feet shoulder width apart bending your knees then explode up as you jump up out of the squat and repeat.
If you are unable to do a jump squat you can perform steps ups. Simply use a bench and step up on top of the bench and back down alternating which leg you step with.
