Jane Mulligan Dr Mulligan received her PhD. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, in 1996. She is currently an Assistant Research Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Her work in real-time Computer Vision and Image-based Virtual Environments over the past 20 years includes development of an Immersive Telepresence prototype for the National Teleimmersion Initiative, and work on the RecTech Virtual Exercise Environment (VEE). She has been a part of the RecTech team since its inception in 2002.
