The Adaptive Recreation and Exercise Equipment Awareness Survey (AREEAS) is sponsored by the Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center on Recreational Technology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. The purpose of this survey is to assess the knowledge, availability, and utilization of recreation, exercise, and sports adaptations and adaptive equipment for people with disabilities in your facility. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. All information provided during this survey will be kept strictly confidential. Since we will track change over time, your email address will be used to identify all the information you provide during the course of the study.
