The National Users with Disabilities Group on Exercise (NUDGE) Survey is sponsored by the Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center on Recreational Technology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. The purpose of this survey is to determine your recreational needs and interests. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please read each question carefully before responding. All information provided during this survey will be kept strictly confidential.
